South Jersey Gas - Refund of double payment

Horrible customer service. They actually blamed me, the customer. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. They need to take a course on how to talk to people as humans and not idiots. Supposedly I talked to a supervisor but she told me she would let me talk to a supervisior..... so who was I talking to.... the secretary ..... listen to your customers .... they keep you in business

Overall they do good job, but the customer service is terrible. They suppose to accommodate people working during the day, from 8 to 5. Therefore customer service should respond in the evenings, and on weekends. But this is not the case. Today is Columbus holiday....

My wife and I moved here and attempted to establish gas service. We did but our apartment unit wasn't ready and we had to transfer our service. Our initial call consisted of a 36 minute hold, followed by the rudest woman I've ever known to work in customer service....
