Overall they do good job, but the customer service is terrible. They suppose to accommodate people working during the day, from 8 to 5. Therefore customer service should respond in the evenings, and on weekends. But this is not the case.
Today is Columbus holiday. They made me wait on the phone for the response without saying that all the representative went on holiday and will never respond me today.
Just said that waiting time is more than 3 hours. Whom are they talking three hours? This is not national or even statewide company serving millions of people.
Why not to tell the truth? That everyone are out on the holiday?
Fix the customer service and the company bringing right management and the company will be popular not only on South of New Jersey.
