Overall they do good job, but the customer service is terrible. They suppose to accommodate people working during the day, from 8 to 5. Therefore customer service should respond in the evenings, and on weekends. But this is not the case. Today is Columbus holiday....

On hold for 3 hours trying to get a customer service agent. This is not the first time. I have tried to call them 4 times in the last 10 days and have been on hold each time for at least 2 hours. There hold music says they have implemented a new customer service service to make it easier for the customer. This is bull ___! they need some competition so there are other choices. Terrible company
